High-intent accounts are critical for sales teams as they indicate strong buyer signals. This playbook will guide you through identifying these accounts in Reo.Dev, syncing them to HubSpot, and automating their assignment to your sales team.
By implementing this workflow, you ensure:
High-intent accounts are automatically surfaced and assigned.
Sales teams receive relevant tasks with contextual information.

Important Note:
Each company’s definition of "high intent" differs based on sales processes, CRM setup, and the data that is being captured with Reo.Dev integrations. Ensure you customize your segment accordingly.

Play 1: Automate High-Intent Account Assignments in HubSpot
Leverage HubSpot workflows to automatically enroll, assign, and notify your sales team about high-intent accounts surfaced in Reo.Dev—ensuring timely outreach and maximized conversion potential.
Step 1: Sync Segment to HubSpot
In Reo.Dev → Segments, locate the newly created segment.
Click on the HubSpot icon next to the segment name and select 'Send to Hubspot'.
Confirm the sync in the popup window.
Wait 15-30 seconds for confirmation.
The HubSpot icon turns green once synced successfully.
🔹 Note: Large segments may take 15 minutes to 24 hours to sync in HubSpot.
Step 2: Create a HubSpot Workflow
1) Set Up the Workflow
Go to HubSpot → Automations → Workflows.
Click "Create Workflow" → Select From Scratch.
Choose "Company-Based Workflow" → Click Next.
Assign a descriptive name & description for the workflow.
2) Define Enrollment Criteria
Click Trigger Enrollment for Companies → Select "When criteria is met".
Click "Add Filter" → Company Properties.
Search “REO: Segment Name” and select it.
Search & select the synced segment from the dropdown.
Click Save.
3) Assign Accounts Automatically
Click the “+” icon → Select CRM Actions.
Choose Rotate Record to Owner.
Keep default "Company Owner" property.
Choose Rotate Between Specific Users or Teams:
Option 1: Assign to specific sales users.
Option 2: Assign to a sales team.
Click Save.
📌 Tip: Adjust the workflow to fit your sales process.
Step 3: Configure Workflow Settings
1) Enrollment Settings
Decide whether to enroll existing companies immediately or only new ones.
Recommendation: If fewer existing companies match criteria, enroll immediately.
2) Timing & Performance Settings
Configure workflow run times (e.g., within working hours).
💡 Benefit: Sales reps instantly receive updates on high-intent accounts.
